Associate/AVP, D1 Trading Assistant (Open to MO candidates)**

A leading foreign investment banking group, is looking for a junior D1 trading assistant to join their expanding team.

• Join our Delta One trading desk to manage pricing, risk, and execution of derivative products.
• This role is an excellent opportunity for high-performing Middle Office or Trade Support professionals looking to transition into a Front Office trading career.

• Execute and manage trades across equities, ETFs, futures, and equity swaps.
• Manage intraday risk, inventory, and funding for the Delta One book.
• Support the full trade lifecycle, ensuring accurate booking and reconciliation.
• Develop and enhance automated pricing and risk management tools.
• Collaborate with sales and prime brokerage teams to source liquidity and inventory.

• Experience: 2–5 years in a Middle Office, Trade Support, or Prime Brokerage operations role.
• Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of equity derivatives, dividends, and corporate actions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, VBA, and Excel for data analysis and automation is highly preferred.
• Quantitative Ability: Strong analytical mindset with a degree in Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• Soft Skills: Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and communicate complex ideas clearly.
