We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the bank’s hotline and online chat service teams, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and call/chat handling efficiency.
  • Resolve major or complex customer issues and maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partner units.
  • Conduct business analysis, drive process optimization initiatives, and support other operational enhancement projects within the customer service center.
  • For Manager: provide leadership, coaching, and professional guidance to subordinate managers to enhance overall team capability and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Experience in customer services duties at a Bank
  • Strong project management skills, with proven ability in cross-team communication, stakeholder collaboration, and effective resource coordination; highly goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Candidates with slightly less or significantly more experience may also be considered based on overall suitability.
