Customer Service Officer (30k), Manager (50k), Bank
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Manage the bank’s hotline and online chat service teams, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality and call/chat handling efficiency.
- Resolve major or complex customer issues and maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partner units.
- Conduct business analysis, drive process optimization initiatives, and support other operational enhancement projects within the customer service center.
- For Manager: provide leadership, coaching, and professional guidance to subordinate managers to enhance overall team capability and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Experience in customer services duties at a Bank
- Strong project management skills, with proven ability in cross-team communication, stakeholder collaboration, and effective resource coordination; highly goal-oriented.
- Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
- Candidates with slightly less or significantly more experience may also be considered based on overall suitability.
