Social Media Operations (Online Banking)

Our client is looking for a candidate to join their team to manage multiple social media platforms, developing data-driven content strategies, and ensuring operational compliance in content creation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain multiple social media platforms with data-driven content promotion plans.
• Oversee operational compliance processes, content strategy, creation, publication, and maintenance.
• Monitor customer engagement channels using data analysis to assess effectiveness.
• Provide internal and external support for product optimization (e.g., training materials, communication scripts, notification strategies).
• Plan and execute product promotion campaigns to clearly communicate product value to target customers.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in online operations or product operations within the financial industry or banking sector.
• Familiarity with banking operations principles, financial products, and compliance risk control environments.
• Preferred: Experience in Hong Kong banking or cross-border financial operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently conduct operations monitoring, data analysis, and report writing.
• Proven experience in multi-channel online operations planning and execution.
• Excellent content planning, project management, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
