Online Banking Centre Manager (12 -month contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of service representatives to provide high-quality customer support, focusing on SME clients in the banking industry.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure service standards are met, and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Monitor and analyze service activity data to develop training programs and improve service quality.
• Coach team members on best practices for handling inquiries and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with organizational goals while maintaining customer satisfaction under work pressure.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the banking industry, with a focus on SME clients.
• Typing speed of 40–50 words per minute in Chinese.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with subordinates and customers.
• Problem-solving ability to analyze issues and provide solutions.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.

Working Hours:
5-day work week (Monday to Sunday), with shift duties required.
