Key responsibilities

Seeking a detail-oriented Operations, KYC & AML professional to support client onboarding, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced financial services environment.

• Perform KYC and AML checks to ensure full regulatory compliance during client onboarding
• Liaise with bankers and clients to obtain, verify, and follow up on required documentation
• Review, upload, and maintain accurate client records in internal systems
• Provide guidance on account opening and KYC processes and resolve related queries
• Uphold service quality, data accuracy, and professional standards throughout onboarding activities

Candidate profile

To excel as a CW Analyst - Operations (KYC/AML), you will bring hands-on experience from roles involving AML checks or regulatory compliance within financial institutions. Your strong organisational talents will allow you to handle competing demands efficiently while ensuring meticulous attention to detail across all aspects of document management.

• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated team player with basic capital markets knowledge
• Proficient in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with data/analytics tools such as Alteryx or Tableau, is an advantage
