Client Service Officer (12-months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support to relationship managers handling mid-cap corporate banking clients.
• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client and internal stakeholder inquiries.
• Manage business-as-usual (BAU) operations to ensure smooth team workflow.
• Follow up on documentation requests, liaising with clients and internal teams for timely submission.
• Conduct thorough checks on submitted documents to maintain accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in account management and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese for effective client and colleague interaction.
• Prior experience in customer service roles with strong interpersonal and responsive skills.
