Vice President, Change Management
Our client, a leading investment banking group, is looking for a VP, Change Management to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of strategic operational changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the bank. This includes assessing the impact on people, processes, and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders—such as business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts—to support operational teams and ensure alignment with the bank’s objectives.
- Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring clear communication for stakeholder understanding and adoption.
- Establish and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business functions, leveraging data and technology to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process, including training and coaching
Requirements:
- University degree from a related discipline
- Over 8 years in relevant middle office/back office/change management positions
- Strong language skills in English and Chinese
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
