Vice President, Change Management

Our client, a leading investment banking group, is looking for a VP, Change Management to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of strategic operational changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the bank. This includes assessing the impact on people, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders—such as business leaders, project managers, and subject matter experts—to support operational teams and ensure alignment with the bank’s objectives.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring clear communication for stakeholder understanding and adoption.
  • Establish and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business functions, leveraging data and technology to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process, including training and coaching

Requirements:

  • University degree from a related discipline
  • Over 8 years in relevant middle office/back office/change management positions
  • Strong language skills in English and Chinese
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
