Head of Operations - Corporate/Retail Bank

Our client, a leading corporate retail banking group is looking for Head of Operatons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across corporate and retail banking sectors.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Manage a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing large teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
