Our client, one of the world’s leading life insurance brokers is looking for fresh graduates and those with up to 1 year of experinece to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support across sales and client service functions.
• Assist with documentation.
• Prepare product summaries or comparison tables for internal use.
• Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up communications.
• Perform data entry, record-keeping, and maintain client files.
• Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Learn about the insurance industry and develop skills for future career growth.

Requirements:

• Interest in pursuing a career in insurance, finance, or international business.
• Master’s degree or higher (preferably in finance, business, or related fields).
• Fluent in Mandarin with excellent English proficiency; German is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adaptability.
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
