Wealth management Operation Officer (12-month contract)

Our client is seeking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional with knowledge of investment products, payment functions, or corporate action-related processes to join our team. The role involves supporting daily operations to manage increasing trade volumes effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to policies and procedures, and effective collaboration within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute high-quality back-office processing for equity, investment products, notes, and bond services in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements.
• Perform trade checking, monitor life cycle events, and handle corporate actions and settlement activities efficiently.
• Ensure all transactions are properly authorised before processing and adhere to operational procedures outlined in the Department Operation Manual.
• Identify and report any issues or exceptions related to information protection, security control, or regulatory compliance to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to foster teamwork and achieve departmental goals.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
