Telephone Banking Officer - Part Time

Are you interested in adding value to a telephone banking team and enjoy helping customers?

A well-known bank in Hong Kong is looking to hire staff on a part time basis to assist with telephone banking customers with their account enquiries.

Candidates will have good communication, able to respond to issues and concerns quickly and understand how to escalate key issues including potential fraud and account anomolies.

Key requirements:

• Strong customer services background, particularly in banking or finance
• Excellent communication, English and Chinese language preferred
• Understands banking transactions
• Have good empathy and can manage concerned customers
• Ability to identify problems and queries with accounts, including fraud
• Good problem solving skills
• Open to flexible hours and looking for part time work
