Our client is seeking a Trade Support Analyst to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role involves investigating and resolving unmatched trades, monitoring settlements, and ensuring successful settlement of Asian domestic trades. Your problem-solving skills will be essential for following up on mismatched trades escalated from other regions. You will also need to manually construct SWIFT messages as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve unmatched/mismatched trades
• Monitor outstanding domestic settlements
• Repair trades with necessary support from trading/sales
• Follow up on escalated mismatched trades
• Adhere to company policies and respond to client queries promptly
• Manually construct SWIFT messages when needed

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in Vanilla Derivatives/Fix Income and Equity Trade Support
• Knowledge of SWIFT and settlement systems (Bloomberg, Gloss, Murex, MarkitWire)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Control mindset for identifying process improvements
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures
