Corporate Action Associate

A market leading investment bank/ securities brokerage is currently in search of an experienced corporate action associate

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in handling corporate actions services and incoming processing to global markets and wealth management clients, including mandatory and voluntary corporate actions of listed and OTC products
  • Ensure operations are executed under service level agreements
  • Identify potential operational risk and implement relevant control measures
  • Participate in projects for process streamlining and efficiency enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of corporate action/ asset servicing experience from a investment bank or securities brokerage background
  • Good settlement knowledge on equities, fixed income, OTC, and listed derivatives as well as structured products
  • Proficiency in using Clearstream and Euroclear
  • Detail minded with strong risk and control mindset
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
