Client Onboarding Analyst | ibank (1 year)

A leading ibank is looking to hire a client onboarding analyst. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in client onboarding and has strong knowledge of equity and FX are highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for business units and clients, addressing operational issues throughout the onboarding cycle.
  • Gather client requirements, manage onboarding documentation, and negotiate agreements.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships, delivering exceptional levels of service.
  • Collaborate across divisions to resolve issues promptly, including engagement with senior stakeholders within Ops and the BU.
  • Being the point contact for the full client on-boarding process.- Account initiation for all asset classes including but not limited to PB, FX, Equity Swaps
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding process, working with other teams and addressing client/business needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent Chinese and English language skills.
  • 3-5 years of financial industry experience in Operations roles, preferably with client onboarding and knowledge of Equity swaps, futures, FX
  • Strong communication, project management, and listening skills.
  • Proven experience in external institutional client communication and interaction.
  • Ability to build relationships across global departments, navigate within the organization, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
