Equities Integration Analyst | ibank (1 year)

A leading ibank is looking to hire an Equities Integration Analyst. Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in banking operations with a strong knowledge in equity products are highly preferred. Experience in client onboarding is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Equities business and operations teams to facilitate accurate and timely onboarding of new clients for enhanced client experience.
  • Assisting the onboarding configuration for new clients trading Equity products and assist existing clients with new products and market access within Equities.
  • Address exceptions promptly through analysis, ensuring smooth client trading post-onboarding.
  • Monitor client activities for at least 30 days to ensure front-to-back straight-through processing.
  • Evaluate and escalate risk items to management and suggest process efficiency improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Preferably possess a background in Equities Synthetic/Equities Cash products.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge on client onboarding processes and forms
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Demonstrate a strong risk control mindset and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to client service.
  • Be a team player with a university education background.
