Operations/Fund Accountant - Hedge Fund

This is an international long short equity hedge fund. They are looking to hire an additional operations/fund accountant to support their growth

Operations/ Fund accountant

- Portfolio reconciliation from cash/ position/ PnL attribution.

- Shadow NAV

- Work with the fund administrator to handle the funds’ daily operations issues such as trade breaks, KYC/ AML

- Assist Fund audits

- Work with the Fund Administration and Transfer Agency Services on funds-related matters.

- Work on ad-hoc projects related to fund and new product initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in accounting or finance or a related discipline

- 2-6 years' relevant experience from hedge fund, asset management, fund admin

- Proactive, Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

- Fluency in English and Chinese with excellent communication skills
