Our client is looking for a strong programme delivery candidate with a proven track record in the investment banking industry.
Candidates will be responsible for driving Pan-Asia strategic initiatives across business, infrastructure, internal control and regulatory change verticals. You will manage cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring strong governance and internal control are embedded in all change initiatives. Your ability to identify opportunities for organisational process improvement will be crucial in supporting business growth and cost efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives including strategic business development, regulatory change, and process/infrastructure optimisation.
- Provide Programme Management Office (PMO) support in monitoring, managing and governing programme execution.
- Manage and direct governance meetings, including preparation of material, documenting actions and coordination with key stakeholders.
- Ensure strong governance and internal control embedded as part of any change initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve organisational processes supporting business growth and cost efficiency
Requirements
- Experience working on cross-border programmes including process re-engineering and electronic trading platforms.
- Solutions mindset and delivery driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with a considerable degree of autonomy.
- Solid stakeholder management skills and proven track record to engage senior stakeholders.
- Teamwork and transparency mindset with good communication skills.
