Trust Admin Officer | Global Bank (1 year up to 30k)

This global bank is seeking to hire a trust admin officer. Candidates with at least 1 year experience managing BVI and Cayman Companies or trusts is a must. Candidates coming from a registered agency will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain Client Due Diligence documentation.
  • Incorporate and dissolve BVI and/or Cayman companies, filing necessary documents and resolutions.
  • Prepare certificates, reports, and requests related to company status and good standing.
  • Facilitate the transfer of companies and handle annual returns for Cayman companies.
  • Maintain accurate corporate and client details in NAV database.
  • Ensure timely billing and invoicing, checking for accuracy and resolving any issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Min 1 year experience in incorporating and dissolving BVI and/or Cayman companies, including filing requirements.
  • Proficient in organizing and managing Client Due Diligence documentation.
  • Knowledgeable in preparing certificates, reports, and requests pertaining to company status.
  • Familiar with facilitating company transfers and handling annual returns for Cayman companies.
  • Skilled in maintaining precise corporate and client details in NAV database.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle billing and invoicing processes accurately.
