Responsibilities

  • · Responsibility for the oversight and monitoring of external third party relationships
    · Work closely with the manager and peers within the team to develop a globally consistent team that best supports, oversees and manages these key external vendor and internal stakeholder management
    · Effective benchmarking of services received by suppliers and seeking enhanced practice in order to continually develop the team’s effectiveness in this area
    · Delivery of effective and transparent oversight of all relationships, regular production of detailed and timely reporting as is required within the business
    · Monitoring service delivery versus agreed Service Level Agreements (‘SLA’) with all vendors and ensuring that these SLAs are regularly reviewed in conjunction with key business partners
    · Responsibility for the effective oversight and validation of the accuracy of all agreed service deliverables
    · Coordinate Due Diligence activity including all questionnaire, on-site visit and post exercise reporting deliverables while facilitating the requirements of/from required from business partners
    · Representing the the wider Fund Operations group on project working groups, implementing strategic, business and regulatory driven change, project managing suppliers to gain the best outcome for our business
    · Work closely with other functions ensuring that all risk management reporting/recording requirements are fully compliant and satisfied by you and your team
    The role may require international and/or domestic travel on an ad-hoc basis as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-8 years of experience. Open to candidates from Fund Administration/ Transfer Agency/ Fund Operations/ Client Servicing/Onboarding
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; needs to be asservie and strong in managing stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute in a global team environment
  • Demonstrated initiative in problem solving and successful project management
  • Strong adaptive and problem solving skills
