UAT Test Lead, 12 Months Contract, Commercial Bank

• The jobholder is required to liaise with other departments and/ or external parties on implementing digital solutions, and/ or events, therefore, he/ she is expected to have good communications, analytical and project management skills.
• He/ She is required to handle UAT of digital project implementation and/ or events with quick turnaround time, therefore, he/ she is expected to have a strong sense of creativity and self-motivation, and good time management skills.
• Participate the project meetings and provide feedback or status update with regard to UAT in addition to write up the detail UAT Plan, formulate the UAT team resource plan and provide regular UAT status report to project teams and line manager.
• Support the digital team to manage digital platforms production release rollout, verification testing and query or issue raised by customers. Liaise with IT team to find out the root cause of the issue and verify the fix before applying into the production, and work with contact center or relevant party to settle the customer’s issue.
• With growing stringent regulatory and compliance requirements, the jobholder needs to strengthen themselves with relevant compliance knowledge so as to provide guidelines and to frontlines.
• To cope with the ever-changing needs of commercial customers, the jobholder is needed to be well versed in the latest development of the operating environment.
