You will be responsible for the oversight, governance, performance development and relationship management of fund operations service providers and vendors that support this asset management firm. You will be responsible for monitoring and oversight of the external provider relationships and generally partner with suppliers to produce the best possible service for the firm and its client

Position Purpose
Responsibility for the oversight and monitoring of external third party relationships under the fund operations function and in conjunction with the firm's business partners
Work closely with the manager and peers within the team to develop a globally consistent team that best supports, oversees and manages these key supplier relationships
Effective benchmarking of services
Cognizant of regional requirements and support the Fund Operations function in region and the wider business as may be required of the team
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop service level documentation and identify key performance indicators in order to ensure the delivery of long-term sustainable performance
Delivery of effective and transparent oversight of all relationships, regular production of detailed and timely reporting as is required within the business
Monitoring service delivery versus agreed Service Level Agreements (‘SLA’) with all suppliers and ensuring that these SLAs are regularly reviewed in conjunction with key Business partners
Responsibility for the effective oversight and validation of the accuracy of all agreed service deliverables from appointed suppliers/fund admin/ vendors
Coordinate Due Diligence activity including all questionnaire, on-site visit and post exercise reporting deliverables while facilitating the requirements of/from required business partners also involved in such processes
Required Capabilities
Bachelor degree with finance or related discipline
Investment management supplier experience (managing fund admin/ custodian banks) or experience or exposure to Fund Administration, Fund Operations/Client Service/ Transfer agency
A good understanding of collective investment vehicles, the regulation surrounding their governance and of global markets
Team player, willing to contribute fully to the workings of the department and within a global team framework
Effective Relationship Management and Communication skills
