A leading commercial bank is looking to hire a 12 months delivery lead. Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience working in the financial services industry, with fintech/payments project management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to collectively establish the project's scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and interdependencies.
• Take charge of the entire delivery process, overseeing progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed punctually, within budget, and in accordance with predetermined quality standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that could hinder project delivery, and systematically track them using Jira RAIDs or similar tools.
• Apply agile principles and methodologies to project management, fostering an environment of iterative development, continuous improvement, and adaptable planning.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define and implement testing strategies, ensuring the product exhibits high quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in payments/fintech BA/PM (familiarity with fintech products/regulations/cards/payments)
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies
