A leading securities company is hiring for a Senior Associate, KYC, for their growing team. We are keen to speak to candidates with 4 years of KYC experiences and handled corporate and financial institutions clients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of data capture in the system for all client data maintenance.
• Liaise with front line/compliance/other supporting units on documentation related issues.
• Counter parties account opening and maintenance.
• Facilitate the client on-boarding process by assisting in account opening and services for corporate and institutional clients.
• Carry out UATs on system implementation.
• Other tasks as assigned by head of department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or Finance related discipline
• Minimum 4 year's relevant experience (customer service experience gained in securities industry and knowledge on related SFC requirements an advantage).
• Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attentive to details, be able to work under pressure and independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin.
