Key responsibilities:

As a Fixed Income Trader Vice President, you will drive high-impact trading, conduct market analysis and develop data-driven strategies using advanced analytics tools.

  • Develop and execute sophisticated trading strategies tailored for fixed income products using advanced analytics tools like Bloomberg terminals and Python
  • Conduct detailed P&L attribution, risk assessment, and market analysis to optimise performance across treasuries, MBS, corporate bonds, repos, and structured notes
  • Manage structured note issuance processes and associated hedging portfolios while exploring innovative tokenization initiatives
  • Source new counterparties to expand liquidity networks and strengthen market presence
  • Collaborate closely with sales desks, risk management teams, operations staff, and compliance officers to ensure seamless trade execution

Candidate profile:

To excel as a Fixed Income Trader Vice President in this organisation’s Product Solutions team, you will bring substantial experience gained from working directly within fixed income or structured product environments. Your background include:

  • 7–8+ years in fixed income trading/structured products with deep FICC knowledge (rates, credit, MBS, repo)
  • Proven expertise in P&L attribution, risk analysis, and trading strategy development
  • Experience managing structured notes with strong interest in innovation and execution
  • Ability to build tools/analytics to enhance trading performance
  • Strong collaboration, counterparty sourcing, and front-office leadership with governance awareness
