Investment Operations Associate | Reinsurance (1 year)

A leading reinsurance firm is looking to hire a senior associate in investment operations. Candidates with at least 4 years experience in investment operations / fund admin is a must. Candidates with background in reinsurance, ibank, or funds and securities are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain records and documentation concerning investment activities to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform account opening and KYC procedures for institutional clients such as life insurance companies and brokers.
  • Handle investment reporting tasks similar to fund administration.
  • Prepare P&L reports for the investment operations.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
  • Compile and analyze data to generate regular and ad-hoc reports on investment analytics, including positions, transactions, risk, and performance.
  • Submit reports to management promptly to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • 4-5 years of relevant work experience in investment operations / fund administration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Bloomberg terminal functions.
  • Strong background in investment reporting and fund administration.
  • Ability to generate accurate P&L reports.
