It is a regional role covering M&A and partnerships opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives and M&A projects
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, report writing and project management
- Support the development of clear briefings and presentations to Executive team
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to build complex financial models
- Strong strategy and transaction experience, including execution and management of strategic transactions gained from top-tier management consulting firms or investment banks
- Ability to evaluate complex issues and deliver insightful recommendations that can be practically executed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Chinese written and oral communication proficiency are a definite advantage
