The bank is looking for talents in equity operations to join their team. Candidates with 2 years of experiences in Operations are welcomed. Candidates with Equity Product knowledge are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other operations teams and the Equities business to ensure accurate and timely onboarding of new clients, prioritizing a positive client experience.
• Coordinate the configuration of new clients for trading Equity products and assist existing clients with new products and markets within the Equities department.
• Analyze and resolve exceptions promptly, proactively addressing any issues that may arise once trading has commenced.
• Evaluate and escalate risk items to management and the business, contributing suggestions for process improvements and enhanced controls.
• Maintain strong relationships with various internal teams, including trading and sales desks, other Federation teams, and technology.

Key skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations.

• Preferably have a background in Equities Synthetic/Equities Cash products.

• Possess a strong risk control mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

• Highly organized and efficient, with a focus on providing excellent client service.
