This role, under the COO Office, drives business transformation through project management, workflow design, and consultancy. It ensures efficient delivery of solutions, localises global initiatives, manages risks, and fosters a strong project management culture while collaborating across business units to enhance systems, processes, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop problem-solving frameworks, target operating models, and transformation strategies.

  • Provide project management expertise, workflow design, and consultancy services to enhance systems, products, services, and operational efficiency while strengthening process controls.

  • Translate global initiatives into local execution, driving process change and organisational transformation.

  • Build a reputation for reliable and efficient delivery of business solutions. Prioritise workloads, monitor progress, and address bottlenecks with solution-oriented approaches

  • Collaborate closely with business users, operations teams, IT, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth and effective project delivery.

  • Identify and proactively manage potential project risks, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

  • Promote a strong project management culture by providing training, guidance, and fostering best practices across the organisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications.

  • Solid understanding of the insurance industry.

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in project management, system implementation, or business transformation.

  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organisational skills, and ability to work independently.

  • Demonstrated sense of ownership and customer-focused mindset to ensure efficient and effective service processes.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.

  • Proficiency in PC applications and related tools.
