Sales Support Manager - Insurance

Our client, a well-established insurance solutions provider is looking for a sales support manager to join the team to provide support for insurance cases for High Net-Worth individuals.

Successful candidates will have had exposure to the end to end lifecycle of insurance solutions from application, processing and execution of policies. Candidates will be efficient and accurate with their attention to detail, a basic understanding of compliance and regulation.

Candidates will be expected to have a firm grasp of the life insurance market and High Net-Worth solutions. In addition, an understand of how premiums are processed and and policy amendements.

Key Requirements:

• At least 4 years working in the life insurance space either in an administrative or sales support role
• Exposure to High Net-Worth customers or worked within Wealth Management
• Strong understanding of the end to end process of insurance cases, from an operational and regulation perspective
• Able to support the sales team and handle queries from external parties
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple cases and tasks at the same time
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
• Looking to move into a sales position in the future
