Insurance Broker (1 year up to 28k)

A leading life insurance firm is looking for a Sales Broker. Candidates with at least 2 year in insurance operations is highly preferred. Proficiency in Cantonese and IIQE paper 1-3 is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized insurance advice, assist in policy selection, and negotiate insurance contracts with insurers
  • Acting as the point of contact as a broker providing advice to clients on different products
  • Act as an intermediary between individuals/businesses seeking insurance coverage and insurance companies
  • Recommend improvements to procedures and processes to enhance customer services and actively participate in their implementation.
  • Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 year of customer service experience in the life insurance industry.
  • Good knowledge of investment products and successful completion of IIQE papers 1, 3, and 5
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, and excellent team player.
  • Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and prioritizing work effectively.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
