Multi-Strat Hedge Fund - Fund Operations Manager

This is a strong performing multi-strategy hedge fund

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for trade support, settlement, trade booking, reconciliation, confirmation, and communication with counterparties for Cash Equity, Equity Swaps, FX, Futures & Options, Fixed Incomes (Bonds/Repos/CDS)
• NAV & P&L production
• Ensure accurate processing of transactions on relevant products and ensure daily reports are met with both quality and timeliness;
• Stock Loan processing and reconciliation
• Cash Transfer + Margin Payment
• Daily processing of corporate actions covering the full lifecycle from announcement to payment;
• Identify and escalate workflow issues & any operational controls gaps
• Automate, optimize or streamline work processes whenever possible
• Documenting Ops manual and procedures
• Projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of derivatives & products in other markets
• Strong problem-solving skill is a must
• Positive mindset and a Can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment & to work under pressure
• Strong sense of responsibility & good work ethic
• Good command of spoken and written English
