Hedge Fund - Fund Operations

This is a fast growing hedge fund looking to add a Fund Operations team member.

Responsibilities

· Supporting the trading team by ensuring that all trades are accounted for and settled correctly

· Reconciling trading positions with trading counterparties and prime brokers

· Reconciling positions, NAV and cash with fund admin

· Monitoring and processing of all type of corporate actions

· Interacting with fund investors for process of subscription/redemption

Preferred profile

· 2+ years of relevant experience gained from sellside/ buyside firms

· Attention to detail and strong analytical and communications skills

· A good team player and desire to learn and advance within the firm

· Excellent command of bilingual written and spoken English & Chinese
· Strong knowledge in Excel VBA/python/coding skills will be a plus
