KYC / Customer Service, Foreign Corporate Bank (HKD 30K)

A foreign corporate bank seeks a KYC / Customer Service Associate in Hong Kong to support Relationship Managers (RMs), ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities:

As KYC / Customer Service Associate, you will support RMs, handle compliance and client due diligence, manage sensitive data, and coordinate workflows while leveraging trilingual skills to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Support the Corporate Banking team with daily operations and transaction processing
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance tasks, including reviews, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), account openings/closings, alert clearance, and sanction resolutions
• Handle FX, remittance, fixed deposits, loans, credit, KYC, account opening/closing, and trade services
• Act as a liaison between Corporate Banking, Operations, and other teams to resolve operational matters
• Ensure highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when managing sensitive client and internal data

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you will leverage corporate banking experience and trilingual skills to support RMs, ensure compliance, and manage sensitive client data professionally.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• 3+ years of experience in Relationship Management support, Customer Service, or KYC within banking, preferably Corporate Banking
• Strong knowledge of KYC and compliance processes is highly advantageous
