Client Services (Account Reciveable)

Our client is looking for a driven Customer Financial Services Representative to join their Customer Financial Services department. An ideal candidate will have business level proficiency in English and Korean, Japanese or Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records of collection activities in our database or ticketing system.
• Manage a sizable collections portfolio and meet specific goals for open receivables.
• Follow up on payment arrangements promptly.
• Process customer refunds, write-offs, and prepare delinquent accounts for third-party collections.
• Work closely with Sales, Contracts, Installations, and Billing Teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, accounting operations, corporate collections, or Accounts Receivables.
• Proficiency in English and an additional Asian language (e.g., Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa Indonesia).
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Nice to haves:

• Experience managing large account portfolios successfully.
• Previous client-facing or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Project management experience.
