Key responsibilities

As a Mortgage Loan Sales Manager on Hong Kong Island, you will drive mortgage portfolio growth through strategic partnerships, proactive business development, and tailored client solutions while fostering long-term relationships in a multilingual, collaborative environment.

• Drive mortgage and lending business growth through referral channels and direct client relationships
• Develop and manage partnerships with property agencies, mortgage intermediaries, and brokers
• Leverage an existing banking or financial industry network to generate a quality lending pipeline
• Maintain a strong understanding of property market trends and lending risk assessment
• Ensure effective stakeholder management to achieve business objectives

Candidate profile

To excel in this role, you leverage deep experience in Hong Kong’s mortgage market, strong networks, technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to drive client success, foster collaboration, and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team culture.

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Banking, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage lending
• Strong network within banking, mortgage, property, or financial intermediary channels is an advantage
• Results-driven with excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
