KYC / Customer Service, Foreign Corporate Bank (HKD 30k)

Our client, a leading foreign corporate bank, is seeking a RM Support (KYC) / Customer Service Associate to join their Corporate Banking team.

Job Duties

• Deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Corporate Banking Relationship Management team, ensuring efficient daily operations and seamless transaction processing.
• Execute Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance tasks, including periodic reviews, trigger‑event follow‑ups, and account opening/closing, with timely completion. Responsibilities cover Customer Due Diligence (CDD), alert clearance, and resolution of sanction‑related issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across all client documentation and processes.
• Act as a key liaison between the Corporate Banking team, Operations, and other departments to foster effective communication and promptly resolve operational matters.
• Uphold the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive client information and internal data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• 3+ years of experience in RM support / Customer Services within the banking industry, ideally in Corporate Banking.
• Solid understanding of KYC and compliance processes is highly preferred.
