Assistant Finance Manager - Big 4

Our client, a leading investment bank, is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join their team.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee daily financial accounting and bookkeeping for related legal entities.
• Assist with daily and monthly Financial Reporting and Reconciliation (FRR) for licensed corporations.
• Prepare various reconciliation reports between internal teams and external partners.
• Manage client money segregation and desegregation processes.
• Aid in the preparation of financial statements and year-end tax filings.
• Support year-end audits and regulatory assignments.
• Serve as the primary contact for banking transactions.
• Contribute to special projects and ongoing improvements in finance operations to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or a related field.
• Possession of all necessary regulatory qualifications for client service activities.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services or financial reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Team player with a positive attitude and motivation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage, especially in MS Excel; experience with MS Access, MS PowerPoint, SAP, and Essbase is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
