(Senior) Finance Manager – Big 4 Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage the financial consolidation processes across multiple entities.
• Create and present management reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Supervise cash management, liquidity, and funding strategies.
• Monitor fund performance, ensuring adherence to investment policies.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and reporting obligations.
• Lead and mentor members of the finance team.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.
• Assess and implement effective cash flow forecasting models to enhance liquidity management.
• Analyze investment opportunities and risks to guide strategic fund allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 5 years of finance experience, ideally with Big 4
• Demonstrated experience in financial consolidation and management reporting.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
