Senior Relationship Manager_ Non-Bank Financial Institutions

A well established bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager, to drive the growth and deepen a portfolio of Non-Bank Financial Institutions.

Responsibilities

• Grows and deepens relationships with a portfolio of existing clients to maximise revenue potential
  while focusing on growing NBFI loans and deposits.
• Maintains a high quality loan portfolio and exercise prudent credit assessment by conducting regular and thorough financial analysis and credit reviews in accordance with the Bank's guidelines and policies
• Drive, execute and monitor deals internally and externally
• Review credit proposals submitted by team members, providing guidance, and supervision on various matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-selling opportunities, including FX, derivative products, transaction banking, and bonds trading & issuing.
• Understand and develop client needs, bank strategies and products

Requirements

• University degree in finance or related discipline
• At least 7 years working experience in corporate banking or financial institutions, with a strong focus on NBFI.
• Profound understanding of credit management and business strategies for NBFI clients.
• Detailed-minded with good organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Possesses business development and client management skills
• Possesses credit analysis and marketing skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including mandarin
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Team Head
