Senior Finance Manager- Hedge Fund

This is a global long short equity fund. Reporting to COO, You will be responsible for the fund control of the firm

Core responsibilities

  • Serve as the senior finance leader for leadership team
  • Lead long-term strategic and financial planning processes
  • In charge of NAV pack, investor allocation packs to the highest standard in a timely manner
  • Oversee and manage the finance team operation including audit, fund reporting, fund accounting, P&L analysis, taxation, financial regulatory compliance, treasury
  • Prepare group consolidation financial statements for management reporting and decision marking purpose
  • Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
  • Design, modify, and implement workflows to support business requirements and improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 9 years' experience in fund finance in a hedge fund/asset management/fund admin
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
