This firm is looking to hire a Head of Finance to manage and lead a large team in the private credit division.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee the complex fund operations for an array of complex private and public credit funds investing across asset classes in Asia. The role involves overseeing administrators and ensuring adherence to quality of the final product delivered to investors. You will be an accomplished financial and performance reporting specialist with a significant level of experience in overseeing reporting matters, dealing with investor data and reporting requests, implementing technology solutions, overseeing fund administrators, leading the audit relationships and ensuring consistently high quality of reporting across our product suite.

This role will manage and ensure that the external vendors deliver effectively according to their mandates.

This role will report to the group CFO and work with team members from across the firm in disciplines from credit/FX risk, to fund operations, fund financing and fund performance and analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline

• Qualified accountant with significant relevant experience of dealing with complex private fund structures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Entrepreneurial and strong ability to bring in new ideas

• Accomplished people manager with demonstrated track record of developing a skilled and motivated team

Experience of technology and process enhancements and efficiencies in the reporting function whilst focusing on quality control
