Key responsibilities

As a Data Analyst - Audit, you will play a critical role in supporting risk management strategies through insightful data analysis and reporting. Your expertise in Python, SQL, and dashboard creation will help drive operational excellence while fostering collaboration across departments.

• Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) and analyst data to support other departments
• Analyse large datasets using Python and SQL to identify trends and anomalies relevant to risk management
• Develop and refine risk metrics by translating stakeholder requirements into actionable data solutions
• Present complex findings in an accessible manner to non-technical audiences through reports and presentations

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills in data analysis alongside excellent communication abilities. Key qualifications include:

• 2–3 years of experience as a data analyst or similar role within financial services or regulated industries
• Proficiency in Python for scripting analyses and automation tasks is essential
• Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets efficiently across multiple sources
• Experience creating interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Fluency in Cantonese
