Internal Audit Manager, Foreign Corporate Investment Bank

A foreign corporate investment bank is currently in search of an internal auditor to cover thier business in APAC

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits for specific departments and branches across the Asia Pacific region.
• Perform comprehensive audits that address strategy, governance, organization, profitability, processes, compliance, HR, and internal controls.
• Carry out risk, compliance, and regulatory audits.
• Develop and implement customized audit testing programs to identify and evaluate risks.
• Offer prioritized recommendations to improve risk management practices.
• Produce high-quality audit reports and present complex issues to senior management.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Actively participate in enhancing the internal audit department.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree or above in a relevant discipline. Additional qualification in CFA, or FRM are advantageous.
• At least 6 years of internal audit experience in Corporate Investment banks. Prior experience in Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, or Control functions is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of Corporate and Investment Banking operations, risk management, finance, and accounting.
• Strong audit skills in risk assessment, test design and execution, meeting facilitation, and report writing.
• Familiarity with local regulations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and China.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication skills in English; A strong presenter
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage
