Sustainability Lead - Renewable and Clean Energy Study

My client is a large scale manufacturer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a passionate ESG Lead to focus on strategic planning and ESG project management.

Responsibilities

• Assess the organization’s current sustainability performance and collaborate with CEO office to identify and prioritize key sustainability goals and initiatives
• Develop, implement, and continuously develop the “Zero carbon factory” goal
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to work out ESG initiatives together
• Act as the central point of contact for the sales team, factories to line up the sustainability goal
• Establish and maintain internal controls and measurement systems (e.g.KPIs) to track and drive sustainable improvements
• Stay updated on new laws, regulations, activities, and initiatives concerning
  environmental and social sustainability
• Study “Green electricity” project and lead the business to be a leading company on sustainability development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years+ related experience in sustainability field, experience in sizable corporation is preferred
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of factory operations, practices, and processes.
• Frequent travel is required.
