HSEQ / Safety Officer | Plant Safety

We are seeking for a Registered Safety Officer specialising in Plant Safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee, evaluate, and enforce the Company’s Safety Management System, covering policies, operational procedures, safety training, and compliance with legal standards, contractual obligations, and industry best practices
• Develop and execute the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System while delivering training programs for employees and contractors
• Perform routine safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and job hazard analyses
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain EHS compliance, including safety patrols and audits to uphold workplace safety standards
• Compile and present periodic EHS reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or higher in Occupational Safety & Health or a related field
• RSO is a must, with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 audits would be a big bonus
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and industry standards
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with proficiency in Cantonese and English
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
