Assistant Safety Manager - Senior Safety Manager

We are seeking for potential safety leaders to manage the project / corporate safety. Candidates at Assistant Safety Manager to Senior Manager level are all welcome.

Duties

  • Oversee all occupational health, safety, environmental and quality aspects
  • Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Safety Plan
  • Lead and drive safety initiatives
  • Improve the safety elements of all training programmes
  • Oversee the development and delivery of all types of safety training programme
  • Proactively contribute ideas and engage with different internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Safety/ Health/ Environmental/ Engineering/ Construction/ Science related subjects
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in the field of construction safety
  • Professional qualifications / certifications are preferred, e.g., RSO, NEC, MHKIA, MHKIE, MHKIS, etc
  • Good networking capabilities and ability to establish strong working relationships with different parties
  • Excellent organisation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
