Sustainability, Manager to Senior Manager

I am helping a well-known listed company to hire a Senior Sustainability Manager for their team. He/she will responsible to work with multiple ESG projects, internal report and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional ESG policies and initiatives in line with the company's sustainability framework
• Collaborate with external consultants and internal functions to establish and maintain CSR/ESG guidelines
• Preparing ESG / Sustainability Reports in accordance with HKEx ESG Reporting Guide and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Guideline
• Set ESG goal and targets, promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration across business units
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to build company reputation as a leader on sustainability
• Assist with award application and ESG research
• To support the development and implementation of climate change management and decarbonization initiatives
• Participation in CSR/sustainability events and conferences
• Provide regular updates and reports for the Company's Sustainability Committee

Requirements:

• University Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences or related subject
• Candidate with accounting background or quanlitfication, i.e. CPA, will be a plus
• Experience with GHG Assessments, Life Cycle Assessments and ESG Reporting
• Minimum 8+ years related working experience, prefer candidate with listed company experience
• Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
