Property Officer (Shopping mall/Grad A buildings)

Our client is looking for an Property Officer to join their team .

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and liaise effectively with relevant parties and internal departments to facilitate smooth operations.
• Deliver professional concierge and property management services to ensure a high standard of support.
• Answer enquiries, handle complaints, provide information/activities and resolve problems.
• Monitor the standards of maintenance, security, and cleaning services of properties.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or Degree holders in Property Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in shopping mall / grad A commercial buildings.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
