Leasing, Manager - Senior Manager
My client is seeking a dynamic Leasing Manager/SM with a robust network of F&B tenants, including local, mainland, and global brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the F&B sector.
- Manage the leasing process from prospecting to negotiation and finalization of agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and tenant needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the leasing strategy and portfolio performance.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, with a focus on high-end F&B tenants.
- Extensive network within the F&B industry, including local, mainland, and global brands.
- Deep understanding of the F&B market
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Open for both in-house and consultancy side candidates
