Promotion Officer to Manager - Shopping Mall

My client is a top-tier developer in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a junior (O-SO) and a Manager (AM-M) for their promotion team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement strategic marketing plans, festive campaigns & public relations activities for retail portfolio
  • Work closely with leasing team to increase customer traffic and sales of mall
  • Monitor marketing campaign timeline & budget, as well as measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs and prepare reports with budget planning
  • Devise a business plan and lead the team to achieve goals and targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with different internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiate partnerships and collaborations with potential clients
  • Conduct regular business and operations review to improve service standards and control costs
  • Produce reports on budgeting, forecast and business analysis
  • Assist in planning, executing and managing all aspects of online & offline marketing activities and reviews

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
  • 2- 10 years’ relevant experience in marketing and event management, experience in developers
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with good organizational ability
  • Good command of written & spoken English and fluent in spoken Putonghua
